Consult Doctors Log in
If this is a medical emergency, go to the nearest emergency facility immediately. Radius Health online consultations are not for life-threatening emergencies.

Trust must be built into every consultation.

Radius Health combines technology with clinical governance. Our responsibility is to support safe access, qualified care, clear documentation, appropriate referrals and continuous quality improvement.

Credentialing

Clinicians are required to provide identity, qualifications, professional registration and scope-of-practice information before activation. Verification is reviewed according to Radius Health policy and the requirements of the jurisdiction in which the clinician practises.

Clinical boundaries

Virtual care is used only where it is clinically appropriate. A clinician may recommend a physical examination, test, hospital visit or emergency assessment at any point.

Prescribing

Prescriptions are issued only after an appropriate clinical assessment and in line with applicable law, professional standards and platform policy. Some medicines cannot be prescribed through a remote consultation.

Quality and complaints

Patients may report a clinical concern or service complaint to Radius Health. Concerns are documented, reviewed and escalated according to clinical and operational policy.

The complaints channel has not been published yet. Until a monitored address or number is confirmed, use the contact form, which creates a record rather than sending mail to an unattended inbox.

Online Emergency Support Department

Radius Health operates an Online Emergency Support Department to provide remote medical control, first-response guidance and coordination from the scene to an appropriate physical emergency service. The department works through approved protocols, trained personnel, a dedicated response channel, documented escalation and verified ambulance and facility pathways.

What this department cannot do

The online department supports but does not replace an ambulance, a physical emergency team or a hospital emergency unit. Radius Health does not promise physical response, extraction, transport, admission or any clinical outcome it does not directly control. If the scene is unsafe, move yourself to safety first.

Medical content review

Clinical information published on this site carries a named reviewer, their credentials, the date it was published and the date it was last reviewed. Content is reviewed at least every 12 months.

A clinical reviewer has not been appointed yet. Health-library articles stay unpublished until one is, because an article without an accountable reviewer is exactly the content this standard exists to prevent.

Your health data

Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act treats medical records as sensitive personal data. Your records are visible to you and to the clinicians involved in your care. Sharing beyond your care — including with an employer, a school or an insurer — requires your consent, and consent for marketing is asked for separately and can be withdrawn.
